B.A.M. is a selective, in-person mentorship experience for men who are ready to stop leaving that potential on the table.
B.A.M. was created for men who know they are capable of more, but need the right environment, guidance, structure, and accountability to bring that man forward.
You do not have to have everything figured out. But you do need to be willing to show up, tell yourself the truth, participate, take action, and be accountable for what happens next.
I'm ready to apply“These brothers know each other.”
Throughout the experience, you will learn, reflect, be challenged, and be held accountable alongside men who are committed to growing too.
No performance. No pretending. Room for real conversations about life, decisions, fears, relationships, faith, success, and setbacks.
Learn directly from Ben Ali's lived experience as an entrepreneur, community leader, mentor, husband, father, and steward.
Examine where you are now, where you want to go, and what may be standing between the two.
Leave sessions with actions, commitments, and expectations for what happens between meetings.
The room is intentionally small so relationships can develop beyond surface-level networking.
Make room for prayer, gratitude, meditation, and spiritual grounding while welcoming men from different backgrounds.
Entrepreneur. Mentor. Community leader. Legacy builder.
Ben Ali knows something about responsibility. He grew up inside the legacy of Ben's Chili Bowl, the Washington, DC institution founded by his parents, Ben Ali Sr. and Virginia Ali.
Over the course of his life, Ben has helped steward the family business through decades of change while mentoring young people, serving his community, building relationships across generations, and learning firsthand what it takes to lead yourself before you can effectively lead anyone else.
His own mentorship began early. Those lessons became foundational to how Ben approached business, family, leadership, and service. Eventually, he began asking a bigger question: Who is intentionally passing these lessons to the next generation of men?
He is not approaching mentorship from a textbook. He is bringing decades of lived experience into the room: wins, mistakes, business lessons, family lessons, leadership lessons, setbacks, and wisdom he now believes should be passed forward.
Men came into the experience with different backgrounds, goals, and seasons of life. Week after week, the room became more honest and the brotherhood got stronger.
The sessions move from awareness to intentionality, action, alignment, and impact. Each gathering is designed to connect the curriculum back to how you live.
Take an honest inventory of your life, habits, choices, relationships, priorities, strengths, and growth areas.

Yes. B.A.M. is intentionally designed as an in-person Washington, DC experience. Brotherhood is a major part of the program.
The core participant is a man who wants greater clarity, discipline, accountability, faith, purpose, and direction. Cohort 2 is especially designed for men roughly in the 25–35 age range, while fit and readiness matter more than checking a particular age box.
Faith is an important part of Ben's life and the experience. Sessions may include prayer, meditation, gratitude, reflection, and conversations about purpose while welcoming men from different faith backgrounds and spiritual traditions.
No. B.A.M. is a mentorship and personal-development experience. It does not replace professional mental-health support when that is needed.
No. B.A.M. is about becoming a better man, not simply becoming a better businessman. Participants may be professionals, entrepreneurs, students, creatives, community leaders, fathers, husbands, or men still deciding what comes next.

Because chemistry matters. Commitment matters. The room matters. With only 12 participants, every person affects the experience.
